2.Perusal of records shows that the property has been recovered and most part of the investigation has been over. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
