ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members for not entering into their lands under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that no case has been registered against the petitioner and as such, he is not required in connection with any case.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that no complaint stands received against the petitioner and as such the allegation of harassment is false. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are interfering with civil dispute causing harassment to the petitioner.

5.Considering the rival submissions, this petition shall stand closed with the observation that it is not for the respondent to enter upon civil dispute on behalf of one party or other.
