ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law on the basis of the Circular/letter No.41530/U1/2017 dated 08.11.2017 issued by the first respondent.
2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in new Survey No.114/2 (Plot Nos.17 and 18) situated at Nanchikottai Village, Thanjavur District. Earlier, the petitioner is said to have executed a power of attorney in favour of one Narayani Jawahar on 16.11.2015. Thereafter, without the petitioner's knowledge, the above said power of attorney has obtained a forged life certificate of the petitioner and sold the property to various third parties. forgery, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondents to take action against him. Even though the above representation was received by the respondents on 06.02.2018, no action has been taken. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.
3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2018 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the petitioner and interested parties, if any.
4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
