Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.GOKUL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KANDASAMY Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court by order dated 23.12.2016 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court within 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready. The copy of the order was made ready on 09.01.2017 and the present petition is filed on 24.01.2017, which is within time.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, ten days time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This petition is ordered accordingly.
