Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to direct the respondent police to grant police protection to the petitioner and his family to take possession of the premises in shop No.97-A, Main Road, North Street, Kailasapuram Tirunelveli - 1 pursuant to the orders dated 27.10.2014 in C.R.P.s No.2119 and 2120 of 2013 on the file of this Court and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the respondent police to grant police protection to the petitioner and his family to take possession of the premises in shop No.97-A, Main Road, North Street, Kailasapuram Tirunelveli - 1 pursuant to the orders dated 27.10.2014 in C.R.P.s No.2119 and 2120 of 2013 on the file of this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that an attempt made by the tenant of the petitioner has ended in failure till before this Court. The time granted by this Court is expired. Further time was sought for and the same was also rejected. In spite of the same, the tenant is not vacating instead extending threat to the petitioner.

4. The remedy open to the petitioner is to approach the court to give effect to the order passed and not by way of filing petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to work out remedy before the appropriate forum.
