PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to directing the second respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 15.02.2022. For Petitioner : Mr.K.Guhan For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi No.1 and 2 Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 15.02.2022.

2.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 15.02.2022 is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
