Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SYED ALI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.S.DURAI PANDIAN,Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in the Criminal Original petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and investigation has not been completed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
