ORDER

Considering the limited scope of relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of his representation dated 05.12.2024 and to pass suitable order in Na.Ka.No.31080/2018AA6, dated 22.11.2024 on the file of the District Collector, Dindigul. The grievance of the petitioner is that no orders have been passed in Na.Ka.No.31080/2018AA6, dated 22.11.2024.

3. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that enquiry is now fixed on 24.02.2025. The petitioner may co-operate with the first respondent for concluding the same expeditiously and also effectively.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the limited direction to the first respondent to conclude the enquiry proceedings pending before him and pass final order within a period of twelve(12) weeks from 24.12.2025 on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
