The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to take appropriate action as per order in Crl.MP.No.6558 of 2025 dated 13.10.2025 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, and to proceed in accordance with law within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action as per order in Crl.M.P.No.6558 of 2025 dated 13.10.2025 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
