ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.02.2018 in pursuant to the order passed by the third respondent vide his proceedings Oo.Mu.Ah.1-4548-2015, dated 18.08.2015 for mutation of the village records and dispose of the same within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in S.Nos.244/5, 244/6 and 244/10, Kalathoor Village, Devakottai Circle, Sivagangai District. Earlier, patta was granted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to the petitioner's father by the Assistant Settlement Officer, Madurai by an order dated 18.9.1995. Therefore, the petitioner filed an application dated 06.02.2018 before the fourth respondent seeking mutation of revenue records. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
