ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026 and include the property in 1/4
T.S.No. 289, Madurai Corporation, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District in the proforma of the Keelasandhaipettai Palaiya Tholugai Pallivasal Waqf (GS No. 162/MDU).
2. Mr.K.K.Senthil, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.
3. By consent on either sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 06.01.2026 to include the property in T.S.No. 289, Madurai Corporation, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District in the proforma of the Keelasandhaipettai Palaiya Tholugai Pallivasal Waqf. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.
5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be disposed within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.01.2026 and dispose of the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
