O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.21 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 323, 506(1), 306 and 511 of IPC, 1860, Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 on the file of the first respondent as against these petitioners alone.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi in P.R.C.No.31 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as Page No. 2 of 4

infructuous, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the Final Report in the manner known to law, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
