This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct enquiry in registering the false case against the petitioner's son in Crime No.23/2022 on the file of the fifth respondent Police and directing the respondents 6 and 7 to produce the medical record of the petitioner's son and CCTV footage on 16.02.2022, by considering his representation dated 22.02.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that during the pendency of this petition, the case was investigated and the Investigating Agency filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.179 of 2022 before the Sub Court, Pudukottai and the same was ended in acquittal. Therefore, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
