Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- On 20.01.2015, when the case was at the stage of crime number not known, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a direction that he should appear before the respondent Police every day at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and further with a direction to the Police either register a case or drop further action. On 03.02.2015, the respondent Police represented that the petitioner complied with the order passed by this Court and a case in Cr.No.4 of 2015 under Sections 498-A, 494, 406 and 506(ii) I.P.C r/w Section 4 of the TNPHW Act has been registered against the petitioner. 2.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Recording the same, this petition for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
