ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the deceased in this case is one Pandeeswari and she is the sister of this petitioner Ganeshbabu. It is represented that Pandeeswari was in love with Muhesh and she wanted to marry him. It is further alleged that this petitioner and his mother were not inclined to get Pandeeswari marry to Muhesh. On the fateful day i.e. on 30.08.2014, this petitioner lodged a complaint stating that his sister Pandeeswari committed suicide by self immolation. Therefore, initially a case under Section 174 Cr.P.C. was registered and the body was sent for postmortem. In the post-mortem, the doctors found that the Hyoid borne was fractured. This arose suspicion in the mind of the investigating officer and hence, once again investigated the case and only thereafter,it came to light that Pandeeswari was done to death by this petitioner and his mother.

3. This petitioner's mother was arrested by the respondent police and she has given a confession statement explaining how the murder was done and thereafter, how it was made to look it as if the deceased Pandeeswari was committed self immolation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Since the allegations against the petitioner indeed serious in nature, inasmuch as he was the person, who throttled her neck and caused death, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
