This criminal original petition is filed for quashing the impugned FIR in Crime No.1155 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent registered for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506 (ii) of I.P.C.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the final report is ready. The first respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of two weeks from the date when this order copy is ready. This direction is given because I have not heard the petitioners on merits.
