ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the Tamilnadu Waqf Tribunal at Chennai to take on the file OA(SR).No.316 of 2022 which was returned by the above Tribunal, dated 21.02.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. No adverse order passed against the respondents and hence, notice is not necessary.

3. The revision petitioner filed a petition in O.A.SR.No.316 of 2022, which was returned by the Tribunal that the petitioner did not represent the matter before the Tribunal as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(MD).No.385 of 2022 directed by the Tribunal. Within representation, he has approached this Court. As per Section 89 of the Waqf Act, 1995 he has to serve notice to other side. Since the direction against Waqf Tribunal, the Waqf Tribunal is necessary party in this petition. So the petitioner is directed to comply the return 1 and 2 and represent the matter before the Waqf Tribunal.

4. Further, the petitioner is also directed to file a dispense with notice petition before the Tribunal since the matter is urgent.

5. With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

6. The petitioner counsel has stated that in the General Body Meeting there is a proposal for conducting election in in proper manner. If any election conducted without following the Rules, the petitioner is with liberty to file a petition against the proceeding.
