PRAYER:- This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act to condone the delay of 143 days in filing the above Review Application against the order dated 27.07.2022 made in WP (MD) No.957 of 2019. ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This writ miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 143 days in filing the review application against the order dated 27.07.2022 in WP(MD)No.957 of 2019.
2. Notice had been directed and the learned counsel, who has filed the writ petition, had entered appearance on behalf of the contesting respondent.
3. It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that necessary steps had been taken and only after examining all the issues, order had been passed. It is further contended that there are further contentions to be argued in the review.

4. But however, to the limited extent of the delay aspect, this petition stands allowed. The Registry is directed to number the review application, if it is otherwise in order. When the review application comes up for admission, the name of the learned counsel for the respondent may be printed in the cause list.
