O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries in respect of the petitioner's properties in Survey Nos. 351/5B1A, 351/5B1B and 351/5B2, totally measuring an extent of about 53 cents, situated at Karumathur Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's online applications Nos. 2026/0123/24/000029 dated 02.01.2026 and 2026/0123/24/000271 dated 09.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that online applications have been submitted for the survey of the properties in question and for demarcation of its boundaries. Page No. 2 of 5

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of the parties, proper steps would be taken to survey and demarcate the land in question in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the second and third respondents to consider the online applications of the petitioner dated 02.01.2026 and 09.01.2026, survey and demarcate the petitioner's properties after consideration of the claims of all parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to pursue their remedies before the competent Civil Court. It is needless to state that before surveying the properties, notice shall be issued to the adjacent landowners and other interested parties, if any.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
