RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10223 of 2017 dated 04.08.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.MITHUN CHAKRAVARTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.S.DURAIPANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10223 of 2017, dated 04.08.2017. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition and the investigation has not been completed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
