JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Being aggrieved by the order of the Writ Court made in W.P(MD)No.5557 of 2018, dated 15.11.2022, the appellant/writ petitioner has filed this writ appeal.

2. The order impugned in the writ petition is a letter written by the Director of Adi-Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Officer, Chepauk, Chennai - 5, to the Government Pleader, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. It is purely an internal communication between the Government Pleader and his client. The same cannot be made as subject matter of proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The Writ Court had dismissed the said writ petition on the said ground. Hence, We do not see any reason to entertain this writ appeal.

3. The writ appeal fails and it is accordingly dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. [R.S.M., J.] [L.V.G., J.] 16.03.2023 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No PM
