ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.55 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, he has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner used filthy language and caused injury to the de-facto complainant, In trying to ward off an attack, the defacto complainant suffered injury owing to a pen held by petitioner striking him.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

5. On consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail in the event of his arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathur subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting officer or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned; and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
