The petitioner has filed this contempt petition that despite the order of this Court restricting the respondent police from filing the final report, a final report has been filed.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the quash application itself has been dismissed as withdrawn. However, in the meantime, inadvertently, the final report has been filed along with the other cases. The mistake committed by the contemner is neither willful nor wanton and he has also sought an apology for the same. 3.Considering this clarification given by the respondent, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
