ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that one Manju, wife of the first petitioner lodged a complaint against the petitioners stating that the petitioners are treating the defacto complainant cruelly. It is also mentioned in the complaint that the first petitioner developed intimacy with another woman and the complaint lodged by the said Manju was registered in C.No.P2/805/SP/GP/KKI/2021 and is posted for enquiry.
