O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from history sheeter Rowdy list in view of the case pending in Cr.No.535 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent within a period stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 21.02.2017 the petitioner has submitted a representation to remove his name from the history sheeter rowdy list, but so far, no action has been taken and hence, he requested to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders.

3.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
