PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.2791/2018/Sa.Pa. dated 10.12.2020 to quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue to serve as Secretary of fourth respondent Cooperative Society and to fix his pay and enter into a fresh settlement under Section 12(3) of the I.D.Act 1947.

In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order, dated 10.12.2020, passed by the third respondent, rejecting his request for regularization of his service.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner satisfies the requirements of
the Circular dated 09.11.2022, issued by the first respondent, the petitioner's case may be favourably considered for regularization of his service.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would also submit that the petitioner is prepared to give a fresh representation to the first respondent for regularization of his service based on the Circular dated 09.11.2022, issued by the first respondent.
4. Accordingly, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the fourth respondent seeking for regularization of his service based on the Circular, dated 09.11.2022, issued by the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation within the stipulated time, the fourth respondent shall forward the same to the first respondent within a period of four weeks thereafter. On such forward within the stipulated time, the first respondent is directed to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation, within a period of six weeks thereafter.
5. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 25.09.2025 NCC :
