This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the fourth respondent to provide information sought by the petitioner as per the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.Oo.Ni.4/463/2018, dated 07.02.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court consequently to direct the first respondent to initiate necessary action under section 20(1) of the Right to Information Act 2005.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 5 submitted that the information sought by the petitioner is very much available and the same will be sent to the petitioner within a week.
