COMMON ORDER The writ petitions have been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 17.01.2018 seeking to issue free house-site patta in Thirupurankundram Taluk, Nilayoor Srinivasa Colony, Sakkimangalam in Madurai District.

2.According to the petitioners, they have filed applications dated 17.01.2018 before the first respondent/District Collector seeking issuance of free house-site patta and the same is pending and no orders passed, hence, the petitioners have filed the present writ petitions.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
