registration made for settlement deed dated 08.02.2001 without production of original patta for entire extent of S.No.366/9 contrary to the civil Court decree dated 26.07.1996 and confirmed by the Hon'ble High Court, Madras in S.A.No.1358 of 1998, dated 31.12.2012 and consequently order cancellation of the same and register the sale deed dated 03.04.2019 presented by the petitioner's purchaser Udayachandran for the petitioner's half share property in S.No.366/9 now sub divided as S.No.366/9B.

ORDER
In the light of the fact that orders have been passed on the representation of the petitioner by the District Registrar, Sivagangai, dated 11.05.2020 in %.K.vz;.2686/,1/2019, nothing survives for further consideration in the above writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition
is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to file an appeal against the said order. No costs.
