The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the concerned Court to accept the surrender of this petitioner and to recall the Non Bailable Warrant of arrest issued as against him in STC No.792 of 2022 pending on the file of the Fast Track Court No.II, (Magisterial level), Madurai District.
2.Today(04.06.2024), when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for consideration, Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has produced a copy of the Judgment passed in STC No.792 of 2022 by the learned Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, (Magisterial level), Madurai and states that the above has been ended in acquittal.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
