ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.
2.The petitioner has given a complaint under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 before the Maintenance Tribunal.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced copy of the order dated 15.02.2024 on the petitioner's complaint made under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. Nothing survives for further adjudication. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, the petitioner can avail appropriate remedies.
