ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the Respondent to expedite the 1/4
investigation and to file a final report in Cr.No.438 of 2017 dated 20.09.2017 pending on the file of the Respondent Police.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. By the order dated 13.06.2023, the respondent was directed to keep the matter pending, if any clue is available in future, further investigation may be undertaken.
4. The respondent is present before this Court and stated that special team is formed and photo of missing person is circulated, but no clue is available so far.
5. The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.438 of 2017 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
