in both CRP's COMMON PRAYER: These Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned fair and decreetal order dated 21.12.2021 made in I.A.Nos. 799 of 2021 and 800 of 2021in H.M.O.P.No.645/2019 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and set aside the same and allow these Civil Revision Petitions.

For Petitioner : Mr.C.Gangai Amaran in both petitions COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 21.12.2021 made in I.A.Nos. 799 and 800 of 2021in H.M.O.P.No.645 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2.I.A.No.799 of 2021 was filed by the revision petitioner to re-open the evidence on the side of PW1 and I.A.No.800 of 2021 was filed to re-call of PW1, which were dismissed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition.

3.Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 4.A perusal of records shows that the petitioner's side evidence was closed on 11.02.2020. RW1 was also examined and posted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.M.P(MD)No.1855 of 2022 for arguments in the year 2020. After eleven months, the revision petitioner has filed these petitions on the ground that he has got some documents to prove repayment of Rs.13 lakhs to the respondent's mother. The revision petitioner has filed a divorce petition. However, he has not filed any petition to receive the documents what is stated to be marked by PW1. In divorce case, the alleged documents are not at all necessary. For that, without filing petition to receive documents the petitioner has filed these petitions only to drag on the matter. Since the matter already posted for arguments in the year 2020, he filed this petition in the year 2021. Therefore, this Court is of the view that there are no merits in the petitions and the same are liable to be dismissed. 5.

In view of the above, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed by confirming the fair and decreetal order, dated 21.12.2021 made in I.A.Nos.799 of 2021 and 800 of 2021 in H.M.O.P.Nos.645/2019 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.
