This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.02.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents. 3.In suit O.S.No.24 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam a decision of a pathway being common, both to the plaintiffs therein as also this petitioner as party, has been rendered under judgment, dated 08.01.2015. Now the petitioner informs of obstruction caused by the plaintiffs therein to placing of water pipe line in the common pathway towards the petitioner obtaining water connection.

4.The petitioner's representation, dated 09.02.2015 has met with no response with the respondents. In the light of the finding of the civil suit, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to afford police protection to the petitioner towards placing of pipe lines in the common pathway towards obtaining of water connection. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
