3.Heard Mr.R.S.Vijayaprasad, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf the petitioners and Mr.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondent in all these Writ Petitions.

they approached the respondent. The respondent declined to receive their applications. Therefore, these Writ Petitions have been filed.
5.This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass orders one way or the other. The only relief that is given in these Writ Petitions is for reception of the petitioners applications and for direction to the respondent to pass orders thereon. 6.Therefore, the respondent is directed to receive the petitioners applications and pass orders thereon within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.These Writ Petitions stand disposed of.
