ORDER

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission and necessary protection to conduct the "Adal Padal" programme on 18.02.2023 at 07.00 pm to 11.00 pm in connection with "Thiru Vizha" of Arulmigu Sri Siddha Natha Sametha Angala Parameswari Amman Thirukovil, Varavanai, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that since there are rival groups, the matter was referred to Tahsildar, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District and he has already decided to conduct peace committee meeting scheduled tomorrow.

4. Recording the said submission, the Tahsildar, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District, is directed to conduct peace committee meeting and consider the claims of both the parties and pass orders tomorrow itself.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
