Order:This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.BOOPATHI PANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1665 of 2018, dated 02.02.2018.
