Prayer in WP(MD). 9790/ 2020 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ or order or Direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned order of 2nd respondent dated 12/06/2020 in Muu.Mu.A1/1657/2020 and quash the sameand consequently direct the respondents to isue the legal heir Certificate of Late.Muthusamy, who is the own brother of the petitioner.
