ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.02 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police for offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i)IPC, the petitioners are now before this Court seeking Anticipatory Bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that these petitioners had driven their motor cycle in a rash and negligent manner and when the defacto complainant, a old man, questioned them, they dashed on him and they have severely assaulted him and also one of them stamped on his chest. The defacto complainant is still in hospital. The petitioners have used unparliamentary words against the poor old man without any concern for his age.

3. In such circumstances, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are the Engineering College studentand their application may be considered on sympathetical ground.

5. This Court cannot show misplaced sympathy to the high handed behavior of the Engineering College student against the senior citizens in this country.

6. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
