Mr.S.Jeyasingh, learned standing counsel takes notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The petitioner is a registered Trade Union. A Labour dispute has arisen between the second respondent Management and the members of the petitioner Union. The same is presently pending at the stage of conciliation with the first respondent. In this regard, the petitioner has already given a petition dated 08.07.2017 and all that the petitioner seeks is that the conciliation process must be speedily concluded.

4. In view of the above facts, the first respondent is directed to conclude the conciliation process within a period of three month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
