Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.04.2022 for grant of approval for the proposal sent by the third respondent in Na.Ka.A1/1220/2019, dated 12.11.2020 in compliance with the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench dated 24.08.2016 made in W.A.(MD)No.118 of 2016 on the file of this Court.
