After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1,2 and 4 and the learned counsel for the third respondent, this writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case by directing the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.01.2022 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is needless to state that before passing such order, all the concerned authorities shall be heard, who are likely to be affected by this order to be passed by the second respondent. No costs.
