Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
2.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 3.Heard Mr.C.Masilamani, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf the petitioner and Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 4.The petitioner was appointed as a Staff Nurse on contract basis in the second respondent/Hospital. She was subsequently transferred to the third respondent/Hospital by order dated 30.08.2016. However, the records pertaining to the petitioner have not yet been received by the third respondent till date. In this regard, the petitioner made a request on 17.02.2018 to the respondents.
5.The second respondent is directed to send all the service records pertaining to the petitioner to the third respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2018. 6.The Writ Petition is allowed accordingly.
