ORDER

None appeared for the writ petitioner on the earlier occasion. Even today also, there is no representation for the petitioner, though the case is posted under the caption "for dismissal".

2.The only relief sought for in the writ petition is for directing the respondent to conclude the petition mentioned enquiry. 3.The petitioner wants a document executed and registered in the year 2020 to be cancelled. Though Section 77-A of the Registration Act may not be applicable, certain circulars issued by the Inspector General of Registration were then in force. As per the terms of the circulars, a document can be declared as fraudulent, if certain conditions are not fulfilled. The enquiry shall be concluded on the strength of the said circulars. Final order on merits and in accordance with law shall be passed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All the interest parties shall be put on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
