This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case against the proposed accused persons on the basis of the complaint dated 19.03.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner, she has appeared for enquiry and withdrawn the complaint stating that she will approach the appropriate competent Court for seeking relief, if any grievance.
