ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Veerakathiravan, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, submits that the impugned tender is being recalled and fresh tender will be floated for Kanyakumari District and the petitioner will be allowed to continue till then. It is submitted that it is open for the petitioner to participate in the fresh tender. 2.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Advocate General, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
