O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 36 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police dated 31.01.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, an FIR in crime No. 36 of 2024 has been registered as against the petitioners, for the offences under Sections 406, 417, 420, 467, 468 and 10B of IPC. After investigation, final report 2/5

has been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 3.Since the prayer is to quash the FIR and now, the respondent police has already completed the investigation and filed final report and as per FIR, there are some allegations to constitute the offences, it is for the petitioners to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if they are aggrieved.

4.In view of the same, preserving the liberty of the petitioners to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, this criminal original petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
