The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to conduct survey based on his representation and based on the orders of subdivision passed by the first respondent on 07.01.2025 and the second respondent on 25.01.2025 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the survey is being conducted tomorrow (ie., 20.03.2025).
