RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to be relax the condition totally in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 19919 of 2015 dated 15.10.2015 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.KARUNANIDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 15/10/15 made in Crl.OP.(MD)No.19919/15 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday & Sunday at 5.00p.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
