Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 02/11/2015 made in MP(MD)No.2/2015 in Crl.OP (MD)No.13592/2015 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily once in a month i.e. on 1st working of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 25/01/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
